      Tom Orlando McKenzie, 54, of 312 E. Wisner Street, Alpena, passed away at home on Thursday, November 6, 2014.

      Tom was born in Cheboygan on February 13, 1960 to the late Alexander and Jean (Burt) McKenzie. Tom married the former Sharon Malenski on February 2, 2008. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, garage sales and collecting antiques. Tom was a member of Community of Christ Church and Friends Together.

      Surviving are his wife Sharon, 4 children, Rebecca and David Walbecq, Tom and Jessica McKenzie, Bryan (Pang) Carr, Casey (Katelyn) Carr; 7 grandchildren, Cody, Chloe, Haley, Gavin, Tyler, Madelyn, Macy; 2 brothers, Robert (Theresa) McKenzie, Scot and Bonnie McKenzie; sister, Betty Krzewinski; special friends, Linda, Anthony and Jacob Szymanski.

      Mr. McKenzie was preceded in death by a brother Terry.

      Mr. McKenzie is at the Bannan Funeral Home where visitation will take place on Monday from 1 p.m. until time of funeral service at 7 p.m. with Elder Lynn Field officiating.
