Will of George W Deford
In the name of the benevolent Father of us all.
I George W. Deford do make and publish this my last will and Testament, hereby revoking all former wills.
Item 1st My will is that all my just debts and funeral expenses, shall by my executor be paid out of my estate as soon after my decease as shall by him be found convenient.
Item 2nd I give and devise to my deceased daughters children (Martha Magsam) org to Charles Magsam, Ora Magsam, Ella Magsam, Cordela Magsam, to each the sum of Five Dollars.
Item 3rd I give and devise to my grandchildren by my daughter May H Johnson, George Winfield, Emma D. Alonzo T. and Ella B.Johnson, and Carrie and Cora Johnson each the sum of Five Dollars.
Item 4th I give and devise to my son John A. Deford the sum of Five Dollars.
Item 5th The rest of my children to have the lands that I have deeded to them heretofore, and if there is any of my funeral estate left after making the above distributions, I will that it be divided equally between those of my children to who I have deeded my real estate.
In testimony hereof I have hereunto set my and seal this 22d day of March AD 1891
