All that certain piece parcel of land situated in the town of Caneadea in the county of Allegany and state of New York described as follows. Viz being the west half of the south part of lot number twelve in the thirteenth section in said town and bounded as follows. North by land deeded to John Hoyt ten Chains thence east by land deeded to Nathan Lewis twenty chains thence south by lot number eleven ten chains thence south by lot number eleven ten chains and west by lot number fourteen twenty chains containing twenty acres of land be the same more or less
